Phone Number Usage:
We collect your phone number only to allow delivery partners and service providers (such as bike taxi drivers or product delivery personnel) to contact you regarding your order or service. This includes delivery coordination, location clarification, and order updates. This is required for the core functionality of the app.

3. Payment Information

Payments in Servioo are completed using direct UPI ID transfer. We do not collect, store, or process any bank account details, debit/credit card information, or UPI credentials.

All payments are made directly by users to service providers using their own UPI apps.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

Your phone number may be shared with delivery partners or service providers only for order fulfillment and service communication purposes.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is securely stored using third-party services such as Firebase (Google). We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure.
